The retreat will be a 4 day inner and outer journey. We will practice yoga and breathwork, various forms of meditation and sound journeys. It will be inner work processes and workshops on holistic and spiritual topics such as manifestation, the spiritual laws of the universe, the magic steps to a more holistic life and more. We will share sacred ceremonies such as cacao and fire. The sisterhood that is created during those retreats are amazing, many leaving with new deep connections and friends.

The retreat will take place at amazing @osamajor_mallorca and an incredible chef will cook all the healthy, vegetarian and nourishing food, where the greater part of the food is grown on the land of the finca.

I am incredibly proud that I was part of the last edition of amazing Spirit festival by Yoga del Mar @yogadelmar.mallorca

I hosted a Shamanic medicine circle and it was pure magic to guide so many amazing, loving and open souls! On the theme of the festival Awakening we traveled in the beauty of the shamanic path to awaken our own inner shaman.

During those 4 days so many beautiful souls came together in ceremonies, sessions, singing, dancing, rituals, sharing and much more. To meet and be part of a community and the soul tribe that was created during those days was so very special and amazing, and even hard to describe in words.

The very good news is that the Spirit festival will happen next year again! Yey!! I am already longing and looking forward! So, mark down the 28th-31st of August 2025 in your calendar! I am so excited to share with you that I will be part of the Yoga Del Mar Spirit festival on Mallorca the last weekend of August 29.8-01.09.24.

This will be the second edition of the Yoga Del Mar Spirit Festival and I will have the honor to share a Shamanic Medicine circle.

With ancient Shamanic traditions and rituals, I will guide you into the awakening of your own inner shaman. Shaman means – “the one who sees”, and teaches us how we can see life through new eyes and perspectives. The shamanic path in life is the path of the heart. We will transform old blocking energy and awaken a deep connection with our hearts.

The 31st of October to 4th of November, in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside, I will share an inner and outer Holo Life journey.

We will practice different forms of yoga, breathwork, meditation, spiritual practices, rituals and ceremonies, inner work processes, and sound journeys. There will be time to just be and reflect and we will share healthy enjoyable vegetarian food.

This retreat will take place at the amazing finca @sonboronat with the powerful Serra de Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop.
In the tranquil environment of this finca you will find a beautiful shala, a large pool and relaxation area, wonderful terraces for meditation and ceremonies, a beautiful yard for brunching and dining and a very special treatment room with healing crystals.

The Holo Life retreats are for women, and the community and sisterhood that are created during those retreats is very special. Many leaving the retreat with new friends for life. Now more than ever, I think many of us is longing for honest, true relationships, where we can meet others and ourselves from the heart.

No, of course you can’t! But, sometimes maybe yo

No, of course you can’t! But, sometimes maybe you wish you could? Be in control of the things you can’t control?
If you do, I know how you feel. I have been there. For many years I tried to be in control of everything, even the weather 😅 I remember a therapist once asked me during a session: “Are you affected by the weather? Me: Yes, I am so low when it rains, and get stressed when it’s cold. She: But, how can you let something that you cannot control affect you that much?”. This question really got to me. The essence of it. Because that was not connected to the weather of course. But, about how you can’t let the things that you cannot control affect you.

I have practiced this for a long time and still have to remind myself sometimes that I have to let go, release and have faith that everything will unfold exactly as it supposed to.

You can’t control:
☄️Your past or your future
☄️What other people think of you or other people’s opinions about you
☄️How other people behave towards you, and what they say to you
☄️The weather, and the changes in nature

However, there are a lot of things that you can control:
💫Your thoughts
💫How you speak, what you say to others, and which words you are using.
💫How you treat other people
💫How you react and respond towards other people
💫Your self-awareness, self-compassion and self-love

In conclusion, you can not control most things that goes on outside of you, but you can control what’s going on inside of you.
And, the beautiful thing is, the more you work on your inside, the greater it will affect your outside world.
Because, what you are sending out to the world around you, will be mirrored back to you ♥️

The Spring Equinox is a day to celebrate revival of life and light after a long winter. The spring season is a time of rebirth and renewal, birds are returning, butterflies are breaking from the cocoons, plants start to grow and trees are bursting with new buds.

Last Saturday me and @elementalresonance hosted the most amazing Spring Equinox retreat at @osamajor_mallorca

We did movements, rituals and ceremonies to let go of winter and the things that do not serve us any longer.
We invited Spring, the new season and new energies with breathwork, dance, ceremonies, and intention settings.
We celebrated new beginnings, new friendships and new communities.

Together we built a strong foundation to meet the Spring with new energy and lots of love 💖

Winter is the prime time for Yin

Embracing the Yin means that we should slow down the tempo, rest and sleep more, and turning our attention inwards.

Every January I struggle to balance the energy of a new year and all that comes with that and staying steady and calm in my Yin. I love the Yin time and to be honest all I want to do right know is to stay in bed and read ☺️

I don’t stay in bed everyday, but I am definitely taking it slower to boost my energy as much as I can.
If we are too much in our Yang during Yin season we can burn ourselves out and then being to tired to meet the spring and beginning of the Yang seasons.

To support your Yin during the winter try to:
❄️ rest more
❄️ go to bed early and rise late (yey)
❄️ keep yourself warm
❄️ eat warm food, avoid all cold foods
❄️ drink tea and herbal infusions to support your immune system
❄️ support your kidneys with herbs and supplements (the kidneys are connected to the winter and need extra support now)
❄️ take time to reflect and journal
❄️ stress less
❄️ less social contacts, spend more time with yourself
❄️ when the sun is present, meet it outside

If you do not breathe properly, it does not matter what you eat or how you exercise. It’s true!

Unfortunately, today many of us are breathing way to fast and shallow. We seem to have forgotten how to breathe…

Did you know that the optimal amounts of breaths per minute are 5-6, when most people breathe 18-20

Practicing your breath can create so many positive changes for both your body and mind

For me, breathwork is the most powerful tool I have to improve my health, my physical and mental practices and my overall well-being

A simple practice I do every morning, still laying in bed, and last thing I do before going to sleep, is to take 20 deep breaths. I place one hand on my belly, the other on my heart. I inhale deeply in through the nose and out the nose. My inhale is active while the exhale is more passive

Just this little practice can create a big change for you to be more connected to your breath and getting used to deeper breathing. It doesn’t take much time, only a few minutes of your day

Walked out of 2023 with a smile on my face on my face! So ready to leave it behind!
It’s been an amazing year in many ways. New work opportunities, new friends and people in my life. I grew as a person, learnt new things, educated myself and experienced a lot of gratitude for a lot of things in my life.

It’s also been a very very challenging year for me personally, my family and the whole world feels unsafe and at many times terrifying.

But, I have a lot of hope for 2024! Let’s make it a really good one!

I am filled with so much joy, love and gratitude for my latest Holo Life retreat this October in Mallorca!

So many amazing women joined this 4-day physical, mental and energetic journey.

We practiced different forms of yoga, experienced deep transformational breathwork, opened up for sound healing, hiked in silence, gathered in rituals of cacao-, new moon-, fire- and shamanic ceremonies, we connected with nature, we talked, laughed and cried, and ate healthy and nourishing food. And much more that I cannot describe in words…….

The retreat was held at fantastic @osamajor_mallorca . I could not have wished for a more magical place for this retreat. The owners are so supportive and your experience all their time, love and passion they have put into this amazing Finca. Nina @verbeeknina_ was the chef and she was treating us every day with her food filled with love, passion, health and a lot of creativity!

On my retreats I am sharing all my teachings and practices. I am using all my tools to create a retreat journey. A journey for the body, mind, soul and beyond.
