Holo retreats

Come join me on amazing Mallorca for a Holo Life retreat the 2nd-6th of May 2024!

There will be 4 days of yoga, breathwork, meditation, hiking, sound healing, spiritual ceremonies and rituals, inner work processes, healthy vegetarian food, and time to just be. The retreat will take place at the amazing Finca Osa Major, the same location as the last Holo Life retreat on Mallorca.

Finca Osa major is located in the middle of the island, near the towns Sant Joan and Montuiri. The Finca has a fantastic yoga shala that is outdoors, a large pool and relaxation area, wonderful terraces and dining areas, and many more nice places where you can enjoy the beautiful environment. The bedrooms are tastefully and personally decorated and many of the modern bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. We will have an amazing chef cooking all the food during the retreat. It will be healthy, nourishing, vegetarian food, where the greater part of the food and vegetables is grown at the land of the Finca.

The schedule will be approximately as below:

– Morning practice: Dynamic yoga flow, breathwork, meditation

– Brunch

– Workshops: Holistic health, hormonal health, Yin Yang, Spiritual topics

– Afternoon practice: Such as dynamic breathwork, Yin yoga, Inner work processes and ceremonies

– Afternoon snack

– Free time: E.g. treatments such as massage, relaxation or just hanging out by the pool

– Dinner

– Evening practice and ceremonies: In the evening there will be calmer practices such as Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound healing. There will also be cacao-, fire-, moon- and shamanic ceremonies.

– One of the days there will be a hike in the village or in one of the surrounding mountains.

The yoga, breathwork, other practices, processes and ceremonies suit all levels.

It will also be possible to book various forms of massages and facial treatments (for those sessions there will be an additional cost).
